Solid product Easily ordered Good comms Further discount code also in delivery package Thanks Hydro bottle 2 packaging - how about recycling the boxes by offering a return facility You ld save on packaging costs and you could link it into a reorder process alongside the inducement you already give Instructions on hydro bottle - which tip does what Where do the spare filters go Overall I m chuffed but as a newby to this some further help on getting started would be good Even a link to insta or site where this can be found would be good Thanks though - off to play in the suds

Hydro First Time

Just used pre snow and shampoo for first time Need to work on the measurements but already got a better understanding for next time Had to top up pressure several times but that s not a real issue Overall noticeable difference compared to previous products Car left with a deep shine that looks great

Weekend warrior here

Weekend warrior here I ve used lots of other products over the years but I have to be honest HydroUK products are just as good if not better I would recommend the products and I ve tried most of them which is why I ve recently brought the 5L containers

Almost a very happy customer

I have never purchased car cleaning products like these before so I have no previous experience to call upon so here is my opinion I purchased the V1 bottle and 1ltr bottles of Pre Snow and Shampoo I found the finish to be very good and the car was left with a good shine I used Alloy and Fallout with great results I haven t used the Shine yet I reordered Pre Snow and Shampoo in the 5ltr tubs this is a far better financial decision I also invested in a V2 spray to compliment the kit unfortunately the V1 isn t great but the V2 is worse I can see most other people leaving reviews are saying the same I do like the products but the V spray bottles need some serious redesign

Good for a quick handier wash

Having previously tried the V1 spray bottle I ve now tried the V2 which is significantly better It has improved in pretty much every way the spray is even with the snow attachment and pressure holds well The snow solution gives a thick lather which works well for a quick touchless wash A handier alternative to the hassle of dragging out the jet washer for a quick wash

Great product but the pump handle came off the first time I used it Customer services replaced it only after I left a negative comment as the initial email replies did not review the issue Jordan sends an email but fails to respond to the issue Confused as to the correct ml of product to water ratio 6 1 4 1

To start with a negative communication is poor the ease of finding order history as you don t have an account With the mystery box special offer I received with two bottles of shampoo not ideal as I use snow foam On a positive all products I have used so far have given great results

Good communication and solving issue

Made a purchase It arrived promptly however found the bottle nozzle broken in transit Contacted hydrouk and explained they are sending a replacement no quibbles So far the service has been good looking forward to using the product to see if it does exactly what it says on the tin

Takes the hassle out of washing your car Leave the pre wash and then the snow for a couple of mins after each application and wash off Easy
