Got the hrdro 2 and I did exactly as it said what to do and used the hose to wash off the grime as shown in the advertisement Wasn t impressed at all with the results My car is white and I wash it every week and the back is always the worst but it even didn t make any difference to the side panels never mind the back Gutted to be honest as I was looking forward to easy washing

Ordered items Paid for next day delivery- then nothing- still chasing now Online chat doesn t work Emails are slow Hope the product is good and I get refunded my delivery cost Time will tell

The spray bottle isn t very good it loses pressure very quickly through the filler cap Pre wash and snow foam are ok

Hi my wife had bought me a Christmas present of your hydro spray bottle I went to use it today for the first time I pumped it twice and the top of the handle knob fell off I tried to put it back on then it fell on the floor and my own fault I broke the little nozzle on the end very disappointed her order number was 7631629

So I ordered a package from them as after watching videos it seemed a good product I brought 2 spray bottles pre wash snow foam Shampoo and leather cleaning kit spray bottles are really good when you realise you have to remove filters for snow etc but they give good coverage However very dissatisfied with the pre wash and snow foam I know this is a first stage pre contact wash but after following the dilution advice and following all instructions very dissatisfied with results and had to use the older product I had from a different supplier to get the job done the shampoo was very good when I got to contact stage though After initial contact with customer service were the did seem to care about my concerns they have now gone very quite on me have to say great spray bottles shame about the product you put in them will be going back to my other supplier from now on

For me the sprayers work well for a few seconds and that s what I saw on the videos but not how many times you need to pump them up which I did not see on any videos The pre wash and foam work well but again the videos I saw only show the first blast of a pressurised bottle and not how long it lasts for I am going back to a spray bottle for the pressure washer as these bottles are average and not living up to the hyped advertising

Ordering was easy and delivery fast Upon trying the product the spray bottle worked ok for the pre wash - although you have to pump it up many more times than the promo suggests One annoyance is that unless it is done up super-tight the liquid is forced through the threads of the lid and leaks out Once really tight it was ok but the handle is impeded by the filling spout so not great to use When attempting to do snow foam at first it came out thick and gloopy which is no good I followed advice and removed one of the restricting bungs and it then came out fine and watery - again no good for snow foam At their recommended 6 1 water product ratio I think a bottle of foam will last 3 washes Same for the pre-wash This starts to make it very expensive The real problem though is non-existent customer support Both Instagram messages requesting advice and emails failed to garner any reply at all Getting customer support right is a fundamental for any company It doesn t matter how good your product is if you get that bit wrong I went for Hydro having been bombarded by their adverts on social media I wanted the Auto Finesse sprayer but it was out of stock In hindsight I should have waited They get 2 stars because the pre wash did perform well Cannot recommend Hydro based on their complete lack of customer care

The videos and advertising this suggest that this solution will replace the need for a snow foam lance and pre wash applicators in a much more efficient and powerful manner saving time and effort- I disagree entirely The liquids Firstly with the volumes being used it would be fair to say car washing ain t a cheap exercise any more with this There are much more cost effective known brands which would be lesser cost vs same coverage Let s be honest home care cleaners are the ICP no need for the elite brands Secondly where as the liquids speak about ratios the bottle has ml markings- I don t mind simple maths but why didn t you package the liquid simply saying put 500ml in for example And the measure cup is 20ml max- you re never using that The bottles It s a pump and spray bottle innit That s it no new technology here I previously bought a bottle from Ali express for 6 02 which looked exactly the same Other than the metal fixings they are identical Longevity wise maybe differences but performance - none I thought these were going to be a better solution No no they weren t You can get a pump spray bottle for 1 99p from Home bargains- they also have brass nozzles That s been my pre wash applicator for years Guess I got a new one now In addition having rewatched the marketing videos the ease of application is vastly misrepresented Small vignettes of snow foam application mask the reality of constant pumping furiously for a mediocre-at-best coverage I have now compared hydro snow foam vs 2 known brands in a pressure washer foam lance it is ok just ok I have also tried what I rate as the best snow foam AND hydro snow foam in the bottle V2 vs a foam lance The bottle is twice three times the effort half the coverage and half the dwell time Wrap up is Probably a problem not worth fixing here Using the proper tools- not that time consuming Using the Hydro fluids and bottle Expensive after a short period and you d have been better getting a wee cheap pressure washer with lance and generic fluids But you ll have arms like Popeye s from all the constant pumping and re-applying back and forward Great work of social media here but I suppose I did it to myself But I have to go I just saw some magic beans advertised on Tik Tok

Was excited to receive my Hydro Pre and Hydro Foam bundle as had seen amazing results on all the video content out there Unfortunately I was very much underwhelmed Varying dilution ratios for Hydro Pre website states 3 1 bottle states 4 1 video states 6 1If my calculations are correct based on bottle instructions Hydro Pre has a dilution ratio of 4 1 meaning that you can do 2 and a half medium sized cars 6 00 per car 2 litresHydro Foam has a dilution ratio of 6 1 meaning that you can do 3 and a third medium sized cars 4 80 per car 2 litresSo that is 10 80 before actually washing the car There are better products out there with better dilution ratios meaning cheaper cleaning with better results

Efficient and quick delivery V2 bottle plastic is of good quality Doesn t do what the videos suggest Needs constant pumping to retain the pressure The prewash and shampoo were not as effective as suggested by their videos
