I had issues with the size I purchased not knowing you have half sizes but dealing with the support team was so simple and easy Got a second pair which were perfect and gave the other to the mother in law She was super happy with the shoe and for the gift So win win all round

I placed an order and got the wrong item it was the wrong color of shoes in the wrong size I contacted hypersoft and they sent me out the right order the right size although the shoes are slightly too big but that might be my fault I will purchase hypersoft again because the excellent service
