I can t recommend it anymore The system if full of bugs is slow and lagging so online bidding is very complicated Trying to add a card for two weeks No customer service anymore There were days I cannot have a live chat and pay for my cars Punishing fees Assume almost 5 fee for using your card or Paypal

Deceptive description of vehicle I bought a kia soul at Des Moines Auction on 02 21 2023 Stock 35071562 was listed at Des Moines IA In the car description IAAI showed that the airbags were intact However when the vehicle was delivered to me the driver s seat airbag and the roof airbag were deployed That was deceptive and scam to increase bidding I wouldn t buy that car with that money if I knew all front seat and roof airbags were deployed The description said rear collision IAAI is heading to scam practices I m planning to file federal complaint This is pure definition of scam put a fake description in order to increase the car value Very disappointed I can t believe IAAI want to do to This is self destructive path

worst customer service ever they never call back or answer your emails They stole our your sales tax fees even we have sales tax certificates on file Also kept 1200 for transportation cost they never provided Recently bought a car with announced 5000 actual mileage and then we found out that the car had 120000 miles 10 years ago Only answer you get from customer service is we will call you back and that just never happens

I have exclusively purchased all my vehicles from IAA and have had no real issues but the amount of fees that are continuously being added on is getting out of hand I mean why are you all charging for in branch payments not only do you have daily limits on IPAY but your trying to charge people for coming into the branch I m not the only one that has complained as your CSR stated many are unhappy with this new charge Its jut not good practice especially in todays economy
