Enrolling was a quick and smooth process Paul has been brilliant at answering all of my questions and supporting me throughout enrolling I have just started the course and I am on the first module I would highly recommend watching the user guides from the induction it gives you a full thorough how to on the study space So far so good

A very pleasant experience

Supportive Helpful Experience
I have just begun my CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning and Development with ICS Learn and I have no regrets so far Ciaran has been incredibly helpful answering all of my questions when considering which course is right for me the process and getting me set up The process was incredibly smooth and it was helpful being able to speak to the same person each time Ciaran was really friendly and once onboarded ensured I was set up okay I am looking forward to continuing my course with ICS Learn and would recommend them They provided helpful study resources which are great when it has been a while since you studied but also engaging content

What makes my experience great is how easy the process is regarding inroliing to any course and how clear the website is about answering all the questions Paul Martin was my CIPD advisor I couldn t ask for a better advisor he responded quickly to each question and helped me a lot when I first enrolled by explaining the process in detail Furthermore the platform used to study and having support in each corner of the website made the experience great
