Absolutely great experience

Absolutely great experience Floyd and Sandra with ICA pour out so much of themselves and we are the beneficiaries The whole entire class felt like family It s rare to meet people and in a few days feel like they are family I have gained so much knowledge as well as confidence I am leaving here ready to hit the ground running I am so excited to start my home inspection business I would highly recommend taking any class that Floyd and Sandra Gibbs are teaching

Great experience

I have had a great experience with ICA thus far My state requires in person classes for a total of 40 hours and I recently finished this portion with Steve I truly enjoyed the experience and feel that there is a lot of good information provided in an enjoyable environment I am working through the online modules now and feel better prepared for them

I took the 4 day live course in VA and was excited to see that Floyd and Sandra Gibbs were there to teach the class They presented a lot of information and really made sure to explain it in a way that everyone would grasp It was not a class where you just sit there and take notes it was interactive fun and really made you understand what you were learning If you have a passion for this industry I highly recommend this course to get you started

History of Homes Class

I just completed the History of Homes class and just wanted to say that the instructors Floyd Sandra and Pete went above and beyond my expectations The class was also fun and had a lot of interaction I strongly recommend taking this class to further your knowledge of Home Inspections and everyday knowledge

My overall experience was great

Steve was so helpful getting me setup and the process was easy I was able to start immediately The process of logging on and starting the course was easy to follow The instructor explained everything in detail in order to understand what he was trying to explain about each module My overall experience was great

Floyd and Sandra are the definition of professional when it comes to training The ability to relate to the class and humanize the experience is amazing It s amazing how they are able to make the class immediately feel like family and are open and willing to share advanced amounts of knowledge to the class They went above and beyond the level of training I could have ever expected This was the best training I have ever felt apart of and would highly recommend anyone to take their class ICA definitely has the best learning experience on the market long as the Gibbs instructors are leading the charge

I came into this with guarded expectations having been through training classes before Floyd and Sandra are the definition of professionalism I came into this class as a stranger not know much about the Home Inspection process Floyd and Sandra have built a training program that is second to none and by the end of the first day you are part of a FAMILY I have been in the class for the required 80 hours and I feel like I have a 100 chance to pass the NC State exam The passion that Floyd and Sandra have for this industry has given me the confidence that I need to become a great home inspector

Floyd Gibbs gave me the best experience I could ever ask for in a home inspecting class I am very young and don t have a lot of experience but he would walk the entire class through something even if we did not understand it But overall it was the best experience I could ve ever asked for Overall I would take another ICA class over any other
