Dreadful I ve heard nothing for weeks although they took my money I originally had emails but now nothing for weeks I ve received so called tracking emails from the States china and would you believe Cardiff Do not touch this company under any circumstances

Won t refund

Ordered original item which came quickly but was broken After many emails back and forth finally got them to send a replacement Over 2 weeks later replacement had not arrived and they are ignoring my emails for a refund Just what you want right before Christmas when the item was an intended gift

AwfulTook months to receivedAnd the quality of the item was terribleLooked nothing like the pictures Awful shipping material to keep safe but it was clearly made very cheaply Looks awful Tried contacting them for refund or replacement and have received no contact back

DO NOT order from this company - utter scam

I ordered the Alley Scene to go on a bookshelf for my father in law as the detail and intricacy looked amazing Waited almost two months for the order but was disgusted when it arrived Totally different to the advertised product including but not limited to - fewer active lights than advertised- significantly less detail or 3D elements than advertised- numerous missing elements when compared with advertised product e g windows signage detailing building beams etc - mis-spelled signage- terrible build quality means it doesn t even stand straight on a shelf Emailed the company with photos showing the differences between the product they continue to advertise and the rubbish I received - only for the email to bounce and now their website says it s a security risk to visit to the site Total scam don t touch it

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE you have been warned

Terrible read all the reviews before you purchase from a site like this We ordered from the Alleyworld collection like others and it is a total scam They send you something that does not look anything like what is on their website I wish I could post pictures its pathetic and you actually laugh at the product that you receive It is absolutely horrible compared to what is pictured on their site They refuse refund and tell you that you got what you ordered Working through PayPal for refund now DO NOT order from this site

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS FIRM I am pursuing a refund via Paypal process as the company states I received the item I ordered and it is good quality - my 5 year old could have made the Alleyworld Italian scene I received - it is inferior to what the glossy website advertises and I wouldn t have given a couple of quid for it let alone 54 The gaul of some people to do this and act all pleasant and nice - please don t worry i am checking with out warehouse the quality of your order - i prompted them 7 days later as I hadn t heard anything further to say my refund is being rejected Shockingly bad fobbed off CLEARLY A SCAM FROM OVERSEAS Zero stars

We fell for the scam My husband and I only exchanged one gift this year due to financial reasons and I wanted one of those Alleyworld medieval street scenes It was a total bait and switch Mine didn t come with string pennants the flowers were glued to the wall instead of a flower box the dragon was a 1 3 of the size there was no sword or shield all the medieval architecture was printed not 3d as in the picture I am crafty so I am going to try to fix it The order said it was coming from Italy but it came from China It s crazy I wish I would have researched better we don t buy a lot online
