Fantastic customer service from the very cheerful Jana I didn t order enough wool for a project tip if ask friend to weigh a finished article you gave a gift to for their first born to re make always tell them to put scales to nought Jana was swiftly able to check the stock and found the matching dye lot relief swept over me as I had knitted 80 Many thanks Jana you made my day

Easy Returns Friendly Service

I had some yarn that I wanted to return because the colours didn t go once I saw it in person I filled out the return request but never received the label to post it back I called and spoke with Kate who was friendly and helpful She quickly sorted out my issue and then next day my return was picked up by the postman I didn t have to print a label the postman brought it with and it didn t cost me anything I m very pleased with the service and will definitely order again from LoveCrafts with confidence that returns are easy if I don t like the yarn when I see it in person
