I opened an account with IG Markets
I opened an account with IG Markets And came in contact with an employee Sebastian Bolimowski he is just fantastic in his work He guided me so smoothly into the whole process and was absolutely helpful courteous and patient Later I faced some issues with funding my account and again Sebastian came for my rescue he tried to understand every bit of my problem and he helped me get through the right team and person called Jakob Jakob was again very helpful and patient and he tried his best to understand every bit of my issue and gave me the right advice and finally the result was positive hats off to both these dedicated employees of IG I think IG should replicate the standards of Sebastian and Jakob across IG and their different teams Sebastian and Jakob I extend my warmest wishes for Christmas and New Year and may the coming year be filled with success in anything you wish

I had some trouble opening my account I was helped by a gent named Sebastian Honestly this guy is a machine Probably phoned me back in less than 1 hour account sorted and I m trading With customer service like this I m not surprised IG is such a big company Keep it up guys

Had excellent customer service from Poonima in this company She held my hand through some tricky financial steps by showing me how to sell my shares and talked me through the whole process which was necessary as I was a novice She took her time over 2 days and gave me at least 2 5 hours of attention Great service I would recommend to anyone
