THIS IS A SCAM AVOID THIS WEBSITE

They hold my ad without publishing due to an incorrect category but charged me Rs 1470 already Auto generated email received from them requested you to contact them to correct the category but even after number of emails recieved no response so I re-published my ad on their website under a different category and was successful Then I had to email them for over few weeks continuously to get my refund but no luck then I decided to lodge a complaint at Consumers Affairs Authority and notify them and then they replied claiming they will issue me a voucher code Again I had to send them number of emails to follow up for a voucher code and finally received one The process took nearly 1 month of continuous follow up These people are a scam

SCAMMERS- Wajira Rent House shop is a scamming site They lie about the posts and waste your time and money and they take you to completely different shabby dirty places and ask for money shame on you ikman for letting those scammers to post their ads without checking them properly

I had to pay a large amount to advertise in Ikman lk but after that they do not permit me to edit the add For my complaints no action taken Worst customer serviceAfter my complaint to trust pilot Ikman rectified the error Thanks yours is a great service that will make business men properly checked Thanks again

Asked for a payment from me to publish an Ad once payment was made And was not published - reason given- no category for such ads advertisement was for an air rifle The fool from customer service who called me said we don t sell firearms as it is illegal Such ignorant imbeciles Are they NOT aware that air guns air rifles are NOT classified as firearms in SL by Govt Gazette Never got a refund Been several months now Also had other issues with them on previous vehicle ads too They were good for the first few years after that it was all downhill

when i upload real images of product they said it s not real today morning i upload 4 Tinfoil barb fish images and create an ad and they reject it saying they are not real images

I hold a business account for advertising in ikman lk for motor vehicles for more than a year and half years The name of my account is UTB HOLDINGS PVT LTD When I pay the monthly subscription through credit card my account is debited but they always say that their account isn t credited This had happened several times in the past as well and when I talk to the officer who handles my account - Sadun Somathilake to get the voucher code he refuses to issue it and say that their account isn t credited Cr Crd no 40174 Auth Pmt LKR 14 137 50 at IKMAN PVT LTD Avl Bal LKR 627 50 Enq Call 0112300604-Sampath Bank 30-Dec

Uneducated staffs are working in ikman lkI am posting an ad for software product which i have developed by my own i have added some screenshots of my software These people are not accepting for the reason that i did t add actual picture of the product These 1diots does not know that a software is a virual product not a physical product

ikman has become worse over the years

ikman has become worse over the years their greed and underhanded tactics and the extremely UN-intelligent employees has made them the worse The persons responsible for reviewing the ads don t know anything at all They keep editing the ads and placing them in completely wrong categories editing the information in client s ads and making it in accurate and rejecting ads which look similar but photos and written details clearly show its just different versions and this is for paid ads its almost like ikman is trying to sabotage the client
