Believe customers when they say and prove with pictures that there is a fault with there wallpaper I ve spoke to 2 different advisors and got nowhere I now have to right a letter of complaint Not good service at all

I chose I Love Wallpaper wallpaper from the I Love Wallpaper site - Elissia Marble Navy Gold My very experienced decorator could not hang the wallpaper it tore in his hands as he attempted to apply it to the wall he was unable to trim the strip of wallpaper on a second strip The conclusion was that the wallpaper was printed on poor quality paper and was impossible to hang The wallpaper was defective because the decorator had opened both rolls I Love Wallpaper refuse to issue a refund for poor quality wallpaper which is not fit for purpose

The wallpaper has cutting lines only wanted to do one small wall nearly all of the wallpaper was wasted would have needed 3 more rolls which total would have been 80 WASTE OF MONEY

Messed Up Return Policy

I used the tool to determine how much wallpaper I needed When I received the wallpaper it was too much and I wanted to return 4 rolls The company made it extremely difficult for me to return They said I had to return the wallpaper to England although it was shipped from the U S The cost of mailing the wallpaper to England was more than the cost of the actual wallpaper Needless to say I didn t send it back now I m stuck with all this wallpaper I can t do anything with

I made my order on ilovewallpapers ie And now I asked by delivery company to pay taxes What s the point to have domain ie And absolutely not possible to contact customer services by phone Line is busy permanently

Absolutely terrible quality paper

Absolutely terrible quality paper Pattern actually wipes off when you wash paste marks away Out of 4 rolls 2 are 2 shades lighter and all supposed to be same batch Won t be using this company again Would not recommend if you want quality wallpaper

Pattern not matching

When I hung my wallpaper the pattern did not match up as it should ve One of the leafs had the tip missing and as my daughter has the same wallpaper I knew it was not correct Could not be bothered to take it all down as I needed the room decorated and this would have taken more time ordering more paper

This paper was the worst we have ever used and we have been home decorating for well over 50yrs The ink from the pattern ran and the background colours didn t match on different rolls Thankfully we did get a full refund without any trouble

While the wallpaper is a fair price and good quality and I do like it the company would not post 2 rolls to this area I had to have them delivered to a friends address and travel 200 miles to collect I live in one of scotlands cities on mainland not one of the islands which I would understand
