Made a second order to match two previous rolls ordered Specifically asked via live chat due batch 50 told this was only batch available so should arrive as necessary Paid 2 day delivery charge in order to complete decorating before carpet and furniture returned Unfortunately batch number 3 was delivered So unable to complete decoration schedule as necessary

Poor quality paper had some dints in it and the pattern looked like it had marks on the roller as it layed the pattern out They say it was not faulty and actually gave us a refund Won t buy from them again

Ordered the navy panelling effect wallpaper and from a distance looks fab but it s a decorators nightmare Ordered 3 rolls but has small white marks in the pattern bad batch perhaps but also very thin so not sure long term it will be that good

The sample I got was not a good respresentation of the wallpaper and made it impossible for to tell if it would work or not Plus it was folder and there was a crease straight down the middle when unfolded which also made it harder to tell if it was going to work

The wallpaper looked nice online but was a bit dark when it arrived It didn t go onto the wall very well either and has had to be removed It wouldn t stick to the wall and the positioning edge to edge wasn t great It was applied by a professional decorator too

I was looking for a contemporary style for my sons bedroom the new style of slats and panel for walls While the panel options were between 750- 800 I ve opt in for wallpaper from I love wallpaper for much less the price 95 for 6 rolls Now while I was hanging the paper all creases were visible to the point that the piece need to be replaced with another The paper is very thin compared to the previous paper I had on The patern in places was getting off as the ink used were kind wet yes paper was wet from the paste Overall easier to hang it on as it don t have the pattern matching but it even the smallest crease it makes the section unusable as it is visible and need to cut another piece which in that case a job with need 3rolls may need 4-5 to compensate for wastege and is an extras unnecessary expense Me personally I won t be getting that wallpaper again as i found it to be low quality compared to the previous one But that s me Good company fast delivery

Despite paper being of the same batch the colour variation was vast between rolls Asked how this could have happened and was informed it was end of run Not helpful when half the wall had already been papered Full refund was received

The wallpaper came and was perfect for my daughters bedroom But when the paper has been put up the 1st 2 cuts of paper off the same roll are a different colour to the last two cuts There is now a very noticeable colour difference on the wall

Bought sample and loved the colour and thought the quality also but not Bought 10 rolls When pasted unable to trim with brand new knive and trimming tools It tore like wet toilet paper I m a professional I don t paint I just wallpaper and thought it was the worse wallpaper I ve ever worked with Try to tell costumer service but what a waste of time

Order was missing one roll of wallpaper ordered 4 in total as the delivery company had mistakenly opened the box It was expensive but they would only replace the one roll rather than send me an extra 1 to be safe as I m not planning to wallpaper for another few months and concerned in case there is damage to the others water etc that I ve not noticed inside and if the batch runs out by then Its 50 a roll paper which I paid full price for so would ve expected better customer service
