I gave 4 stars for the service and delivery times but found the quality of the paper could have been a little better for the money Still put it on the wall tho Regards

Lovely paper good quality Not been hung yet but I m sure it will look beautiful Only slight grumble advertised as free delivery on orders over 60 this went up eventually to 80 my order was for 80 and I was charged 5 95 postage When I questioned this I was told it is now 85 However I did get a discount of 5 so I was happy with that

Good choice of papers on website with suggestions for paint colours as well Order arrived quickly

Really happy with my wallpaper order from ilovewallpaper quality was really good pattern was easy to match up with very little waste and delivery time was satisfactory Will definitely recorder again

Lovely quality wallpaper Lovely design I ordered 2 rolls and ignored the measurement section as guessed what I would need Didn t realise there would be white lines with a scissor symbol every so often never seen this before and made things very tricky as some paper became unusable

The wallpaper quality is great - top marks We had some issue ordering due to our post code not being recognised but the online support staff were quick to respond and placed the order for us The customer support throughout was excellent The biggest issue with the order was learning that Evri would be making the delivery - Evri is extremely unreliable in our area and very few orders come through without one kind of issue or another Thankfully the order was delivered albeit in a badly torn box We were grateful it showed up at all When we realised one of the items was incorrect we notified the staff and were able to order a replacement However we had to return it via Evri which was a bigger struggle We paid twice for Evri to come and pick up the order only to get a notification both times that our order had already been picked up No other communication or explanation as to what they claimed to be picking up After insisting custom support we were eventually able to make our return with DPD The return took three times longer than it should have I m not sure why I Love Wallpaper weren t using DPD or any other courier service in the first place

Very pleased with the ease of ordering my wallpaper paying for it and the speed of delivery A very happy customer Would not hesitate to recommend I love wallpaper Many thanks

My experience was good I had good quick responses from the team when my wallpaper got lost in the mail yous helped as much as you can

Lovely wallpaper great quality and speedy delivery The only issue I have is that the courier you use left the box outside in the rain and the wallpaper could have been damaged has I not returned when I did in spite of it only being the first delivery attempt otherwise I would have given 5 stars
