Having used the sites calculator on how many rolls needed we order 3 for 1 wall When order arrived we checked the batch numbers to ensure they all matched 3 4 way though the wall we had to open roll 2 to find out it was a different shade to roll 1 Roll 3 matched roll 2 so we had no option but to strip what we already had up and start again using roll 2 and 3 This ment extra time was charged by our decorator I have written to I Love Wallpaper 2 times and have yet to receive a reply Would not recommend

I had an issue with delivery of my wallpaper I live wallpaper acknowledged that Evri are unreliable My paper was reordered and arrived the next day so after sales sorted the issue for me Thank you

Bought 2 rolls checked the batch numbers on each roll only when it was hung and dry did it become extremely obvious that there was a difference in the colours Was offered a refund for the paper but not for what I was out of pocket after paying the decorator Also the paper is divided into pre measured strips so if you have high ceilings and longer walls you can t have a drop in one length of paper have to match not only at the sides but a also a join in the middle Will never buy from this company again

Didn t mentioned need to pay customs taxes

It want the color that was online plus I would have to pay to have it returned which would cost me more than the wallpaper I purchased

The wallpaper is not of quality the print was coming off at the slightest touch and marks easily there is white marks on the rolls which ruins the paper this was on all rolls not happy with this paper at all the colour is nice that all im afraid

The quality of the paper was shocking I got the panel wallpaper I took it down it was thin badly printed looked nothing like panelling spent over 60e angry as I saved up for this

We purchased the vintage explorer mural in extra large This product comes in 7 pre-measured strips in one roll When applying this paper to the walls unfortunately it became clear there is a quality issue with the pattern matching Along the join between two strips there would be parts of the print that matched perfectly and then 10cm above the whole print would drift nearly 1cm out and then drift back into matching again further along Looking at the wallpaper the pattern mismatch is obvious The print quality is also poor with the majority of the strips finished off with a white edge that meant despite nearly butting up each join a white vertical seam was visible across any dark parts of the pattern Overall a disappointing experience and we won t be purchasing from this company again

We were going to order a lot of wallpaper from you but we went to order some samples but it is not free as a delivery was added will go somewhere where you can get free delivery of samples

We ordered the blue liquid marble paper and it is stunning to look at and bought all other bit s including sofas curtains and paint to go with it We had to order 3 times and try two different decorators to get a finish that we could live with although still not perfect After having to do a blue base coat underneath in the end and use a pen to cover small tears we have been left with something we can live with We have asked for a partial refund and spoken to Thomas and Deanna via email but insist that there is no evidence that the paper is at fault They also have a review process online which is apparently not in use yet most people I think rely on when shopping online I find it hard to believe others haven t had issues too and it s misleading to advertise reviews if not live I only found this when I questioned when I was invited to be the first to review and it didn t show up
