Sample experience disappointing

I ordered a sample but due to the pattern and the size of the sample it didn t really help me decide a if I like it or b how many rolls I ll need due to the pattern match Took about 5 days for sample to arrive but unlike other samples I ve received there was no information on the back of the sample so quite disappointed and still haven t decided if I ll buy it

Watch out for customs charges

Wallpaper was excellent quality and arrived without too much delay However the website was ilovewallpaper ie which is not based in Ireland it s in the UK so I was surprised when I got an email to say I had to pay an additional 48 euro in customs An unexpected cost that I had not expected Therefore I d be reluctant to use again

Website chaos

I had problems logging in to my account and kept getting prompted to an app that I was unsure of I decided to re register with the same email and password Now all of my previous details and orders have disappeared I will not be using the website again as I can order the company s products through B Q online I will say that the customer service from the company was very good

Lovely colour design bad quality

Lovely colour and design but paper is very poor quality had better from B M it drove our pro decorator mad creases up badly rips very easily without effort even when gently smoothing out the paper with a decorating smoother tool catches ripped the paper the piece had to be done again One whole wall was pulled back off as it looked so horrendous we intended doing the entire hall but gave up and just did one side Although we used over 3 4 of the paper bought to complete the full job - so much ended up in the bin due to second attempts If I had the time again I would never have started it to be honest

Disappointed

Disappointed Quality wallpaper but had pre-cut lines drawn causing lots of waste and had to order 2 more rolls After online chat was told the batch number no longer existed but the new batches didn t have the cut lines The wallpaper arrived with different background colour shoud be white but now had blue tint and still had the cut lines drawn on Not cheap wallpaper so has cost us way more than expected

Order no 2307401 I ordered two rolls of paper as decorator said however on doing the work the rolls of wallpaper are shorter than the standard roll There was nothing to tell the decorator this before he started which made the job very difficult I suggest in future yiu make the exact measurement of a roll visible on the package Have to say very disappointed as this problem has caused the decorator a real problem Irene MacCorquodale

ordered a selection of samples

ordered a selection of samples two had clearly been opened and put back incorrectly also no indication of texture on the website that i could find meaning 6 of the 7 were immediately not what I wanted From the few samples this wallpaper all seemed considerably lower quality than what I ve had from elsewhere

I love this company

I love this company but i ordered paint on the next day delivery and it took 4 days to arrive wasnt happy esp paying nearly 7 extra for the express delivery Messaaged them to say wasnt happy but didnt even bother replying Just an update to say i love wallpaper got back to me to sort things out and im very pleased with the outcome so happy as i love this company and their choice of papers Thank you

Samples

Samples came and in the main it was helpful to make a decision The disappointing aspect was the size of the sample The wallpapers I chose were of a larger pattern formation and as I realise your samples are of a standard size it would have been more useful to have at least the whole of the pattern in the sample Maybe consider giving this some consideration for the future The quality of the paper was of a good standard We will more than likely purchase from your range when our choice comes back in stock

Disappointing service

Used roll calculator told us 2 rolls had to order another roll next day delivery before 2pm at around 7 Didn t come til 2 days later Wallpaper lovely but service disappointing Not sure I d use this company again
