Requeste samples of what we had chosen They arrived in a lovely package Ordered the wallpaper that we chose on a Saturday dinner time and they arrived on the next day Didn t expect a Sunday delivery Would have been impressed by a Monday delivery so wow Thank you so much for a fantastic experience Regards John

Delivery was quick and no problem buying online Unfortunately the wallpaper I chose didn t match the room we wanted it for and so had to return Once in receipt of the wallpaper back I was contacted to confirm refund and amount I was even getting the postage back Good service although I can t quite understand why a refund takes up to 10 days when my money was taken instantly Overall no complaints

Excellent customer care

When I ordered my wallpaper I forgot to change the address it was being delivered to and the person I spoke to sorted it out for me in under 15 minutes When the wallpaper was delivered it was better than the pictures on the website I would highly recommend I Love Wallpaper I will be coming back and buying more

Manhattan wallpaper range

The paper quality is fantastic and very good to work with However I am relieved I ordered various samples as the product I originally intended to put up turned out to be different in person therefore I opted for another paper from the samples I bought I do think delivery is quite expensive when added to your total purchase But I would procure from here again as the papers are gorgeous

I Love Wallpapper are quick to respond to enquiries and dispatch orders I didn t receive some samples I had ordered and when I reached out to them they responded quickly apologised and resent the samples to enable me to decide which wallpaper I wanted The wallpaper I ordered was good thick quality paper and looks fab

Great wallpaperWas really unbelievably cheap so thought it might be thin tear easily Quite the opposite really pleased with the quality Colour is just as on line Not on walks yet as waiting to after Hse removal as is for porch

I ordered 3 rolls of paper and one was a different batch number I phoned I love Wallpaper and was assured this would be sorted out Within a couple of days I received the new roll to match I give your company 5 stars because although there was a mistake it was sorted out very quickly and efficiently Would be very happy to order from you again

I ordered sample of wallpaper in striped metallic silver and white as had originally ordered this in the metallic gold light grey for front room Had so many compliments with this as does look really nice Silver sample is a good size and quality just as great as the gold Thinking of putting this in my bedroom as a feature wall Would definitely recommend and service always good
