Smells like a scam company avoid

Dated UI buggy platform that takes so long to load in Brand choice low quality lack of any helpful tools and features minimum payout so high that it smells like a scam I don t recommend using at all I thought ClickBank was bad but I d trust them more than Impact

Registered in Impact com because of the Stubhub ie offer Changed links sent traffic Waited for the first sales and then the payment date And then the fun began The money has not been sent to my account I waited a week just in case Nothing On November 2 I wrote a ticket asking why there were no payments A few days later I received a reply saying that my ticket was being transferred to another department Having received no response on November 12 I wrote a ticket myself No answer On November 14 a sign appears As a result of the ongoing military conflict between Russia and Ukraine international governmental sanctions restrictions imposed by financial institutions and or other payment method constraints we are no longer able to process payments to your account For more information contact support My thoughts 1 I am a citizen of Ukraine my bank account is American There are no sanctions regarding citizens of Ukraine and American banks The wording was chosen to be as streamlined as possible in order to be able to never pay 2 Judging by the reviews on Trustpilot there were complaints for the same reason back in May So Impact knew perfectly well that they wouldn t pay me the money They could have told me about problems even during registration they could have told me after the first sale but no they delayed the time as much as possible in order to block more of my earned money This is simply a deliberate and planned theft 3 The quality of the support service is also amazing - since the second of November the ticket has essentially not been answered No reaction I strongly do not recommend working with Impact com And it doesn t matter whether you are from Ukraine or not If their business ethics and level of empathy allows them not to pay me who would literally buy food in a warring country with this money they will find a reason not to pay you

IMPACT SUCKS the UI is trash and any time they give you an issue they immediately blame and pass all responsibility for solving the issue the brand you re an affiliate for while not even having adequate contact information for them The fact that Shopify uses them for their affiliate program shows just how far they ve fallen as a trustworthy company

Impossible to withdraw funds

Every time I try to withdraw my funds I get an error about the tax document so the payment can t go through I ve contacted the support and did everything they asked me to provided all the information but the error is persisting and the error doesn t even apply to my tax form it is endless They blame they automation process but they re not doing anything to fix it so they don t have to pay us Stay away from them

For months Impact has avoided sending me the money I earned rightfully through their program They avoid responses and close my service request tickets It s definitely a scam Avoid working with them for anything It s hideous what they are doing and I am taking action against them
