Appalling customer service so rude

Appalling customer service I have never been spoken to so rudely in all my time Lead me to pay for visa which on the day had been released back on line and could have saved over 100 Despite booking an appointment in advance there is no system for controlling appointments we spent nearly the full day there in the end Would definitely not recommend

I went to collect my passport and despite having been there before others whose who arrived after us were able to leave before us without taking a number The staff are inefficient they disappear for long periods and never asked for names to process the passport collection This experience has been frustrating and has wasted a significant amount of my time People should be properly trained for this kind of job

Wanted in on call line for full 3 hours

Wanted in on call line for full 3 hours Yesterday from 16 10 to around 19 15I was number 8 in line when I called and number 1 in line for the last full hour og my call which is the oddest - was the person before me getting help on the call line for 1 full hour I dont think so After 3 hours of waiting my call was bluntly just cut off disconnected from the other side They dont have an option to receive your signature and picture for your application on their location we have to get it all scanned and uplaoaded from home and their phone line is absurdly bad to get through as I just mentioned so there is not much help to come for with them when you have tror le filling out the crap on their website from home Really frustrating

You need to take a day off if you come here I visited to collect my document for attestation I was asked to wait for document After waiting for 2 hours i was told document cannot be attested and was charged 85kr without attestation They also told they cannot return fee There was long queue and its usual to wait for 2-3 hours here So if you have laptop better take it alongwith to work till you get your turn Some advice for people- do not give them any money till the time you get your document or work done

I have been trying to get in touch with the Indian embassy for 2 days now Yesterday I called at 15 30 and my number was 9 in the queue I waited 1 hour in for my turn Once I was 1st in line there was no response and I just cut the call after 20 mins I don t understand if someone is actually speaking for that long Today i put a reminder on my phone and called the embassy at exactly 14 30 I was first in line this time but then after 10 mins it seemed like someone answered the phone and disconnected the line so I would be thrown out of the queue This is extremely frustrating What is even more weird is that I called them back immediately after being thrown out of the queue and now I am number 9 again in the queue It almost seems it s like a rigged telephone line to avoid incoming calls for the 2 hours that they are open I had better expectations in Denmark from the Indian embassy How are we supposed to get work done if they don t even respond

Worst embassy ever Impossible to reach When you finally get them to answer they barely help or answer your question It s really disgraceful
