Do not trust them

I ordered a dress which I never got They said they sent it 3 times but there was always something wrong with the delivery so my dress was sent back I did not get my money back So DO NOT TRUST THEM

Terrible company experience

I ordered 2 dresses they were lousy quality and they didn t fit I had to pay 17 to return it not stated in return policy They did refund me with coupon I have to pay shipping AGAIN if I want to use coupon So paying 25 shipping to return poor quality stuff I hate AND to use credit to buy another item I can t return easily DO NOT ORDER Bad practices AND very poor quality

Incorrect dress no refund

I ordered a customizable dress with cap sleeves and was charged accordingly When I received my items the dress was was a halter top The company offered no refund only a 10 off another purchase even though it was incorrect I won t be purchasing again

AVOID Wouldn t refund an order that they cancelled when revised order arrived it was terrible quality

I originally ordered a cotton summer maxi dress After a week or so I was told it wasn t available The company wouldn t issue a refund but instead gave me a voucher I reluctantly selected another dress which arrived this week It is truly awful quality It is baggy poor quality fabric and the sleeves are not as I specified but are weird 1980s puffed sleeves I don t think that I can even return this monstrosity

Dress nothing like the photo on website

I bought a black jersey dress The fabric was as advertised However the dress was not made at all like the photo on the website In the photo you can clearly see that the bodice is pieced to shape around curves and the skirt flares out dramatically from the waist The dress I received was neither pieced nor flared And Indophilia has not responded to my request to return the dress and be reimbursed Very disappointed
