Switching App from Kaluza to Indra

Despite all the dreadful reviews I have just read my own experience with Indra s customer service has been very good I was asked to switch Apps from Kaluza s to Indra s and all my questions have been answered promptly and were very helpful After the first charge all seems to be working fine Hopefully this will continue

Ev Charger fitted

Hi I have just had a Ev charger fitted by the above company The two gentlemen who fitted it John and Aqeel were a credit to your company Nothing was a problem for them they were diligent and very professional in their attitude I would certainly recommend them to anyone

I cannot compliment Jacqui Indra enough she was a breath of fresh air in this world of ev chargers which is a bit daunting when there is so much choice and you are new to this field Brilliant communication on the product and service during and after installation Charger been up and running 2 months now and going well after an initial early tech issue which was resolved promptly and Jacqui again got involved here to expedite the issue asap

Prompt and excellent support

I ve had excellent and prompt support from Indra right from the start of the v2h test programme We still have minor hiccups because of occasional high peak voltages on sunny summer days from our two solar panel groupsbut bot Indra and our Solar installation team are continuing to try to resolve the problem

Best customer support ever

This has been one of the best customer support experiences I have ever had I spoke to Chris Robinson-Costello and he is a most polite and helpful person He put me at ease right from the first conversation worked with me and the engineer all the way through to getting our EV charger working and sorted my OVO side out Many thanks you could not have done any better all sorted and now charging

Fantastic support from Penny at Indra

We have been lucky enough to get on the trial for the vehicle to home charger Following a problem with our first charger Penny picked up our case and has quickly and professionally sorted out a replacement unit for us Every time I have made contact with her either via phone or email I have received a prompt and helpful response All in all very pleased with the service we have received

Superb customer experience

The wall charger is fantastic Simple to use and easy to programme We recently lost the signal and charge data was not being uploaded The office team were apologetic and helpful The tech came soon after and got the charger reconnected and to top it all off the online team sorted the glitch that had occurred with my app Very satisfied

Got my Indra charger just over a week

Got my Indra charger just over a week ago the charger was fitted by an Ovo engineer The charger is smart the app is really easy to use being able to set a schedule for when you need it to have completed the charge and the charger will start charging at the cheapest time usually very early morning I did have a problem with the cable which WAS NOT supplied by Indra It took a couple of days of investigation the problem was solved The customer service was superb couldn t fault them
