This is my second time attending Level 1 Awaken The Healer Within with Inna Segal The experiences during the processes were different from my 1st session in October 2023 and this time I went deeper there were more AHA moments and discoveries of the areas of healing within myself I have attended many of Inna s courses and each one is fueled by her intense passion for awakening the healer in each of us of knowing ourselves better and to find the core of us Every course that Inna does is a result of her passion for delving deep and she encourages us to find our own truths research and to develop our own discernment for our individual journey in healing Inna s guidance her passion and her desire for us to look within us for our healing is an inspiration that is inspiring We are our own healers and Inna shows us how to find that within ourselves

From first discovering Inna s book The Secret Language of Your Body about ten years ago I ve been on a slow steady learning journey to discovering myself There s been so many changes in of me not least I have returned to the country of my birth after 20 years and returned to my family I have discovered a love connection for them that I never felt before and they reflect it back to me It is a true acceptance that was difficult in all our lives as we all struggled to find our paths including that of my parents finding theirs At almost 90 years my mother is still alive we are now truly best friends I have recently done Inna s courses of Awaken the Healer Within Level 1 and The Inner Child Listening to Inna s teaching is like a book you can t put down So much to hear process learn and each time there is a new epiphany or connection One of my biggest learnings is to not instantly react to anything Instead I hear or see it process it and consider its teaching if it s for my greater benefit to act on it I still surprise myself of the discovery of ME Thankyou Inna for popping into my life at the times my inner child needed to learn grow MandyUK
