The Worst service i have ever received Laughed at when i questioned their work and errors they made Dealing with hundreds of thousands of pounds in mortgages and they cannot get it right then laugh about it Awful individuals and no accountability whatsoever Will never ever be back Stay way clear

Where do I Start

Where do I Start over 300 in extra un-advised charges paperwork lost sent via recorded delivery Wont answer simple questions one of the hardest most complicated over priced re mortgages over ever done will not use HSBC again as will not want to deal with this company

Choose someone else

These people are jokers totally unreliable dont have a clue what is going on generally a total waste of time Emails dont go to the people who need to see them no inter company communication How they manage to actually get anything done amazes me If you are reading this review after you have completed business with them that is unfortunate I feel your pain If you are reading this before or are considering business with them choose someone else

Bad service

Wow There is bad service and then there is Integrar service Frankly it doesn t even warrant a star Provide no updates on cases haven t responded to three separate messages sent via their online portal over the space of a month that last of which was sent three weeks ago Trying to get a remortgage complete on a Natwest product Natwest should be embarrassed to have their name associated to such a company

Avoid like the plague Terrible service with next to no personal communication I never once even spoke to my case handler despite repeated requests Endless time wasted on phone trying to get through to them Email replies happen on a two week delay They lost one set of documents and also made a mistake with my completion date which delayed everything by two weeks and ended up costing me a few hundred pounds in mortgage fees Terrible service from beginning to end

0 starsI am 3 working days away from remortgaging and there are still pending undisclosed tasks I ve submitted my remortgage proposal 6 months ago How can this service imposed by the bank be so poor I am worried my remortgage will fall through due to their slowness lack of transparency on the process and steps to complete which would incurre disastrous financial consequences on my side They keep on asking me again and again to submit information I already have provided several times in some cases I feel powerless and distressed Total lack of ownership on their side

We were forced to use Integrar by Barclays

We were forced to use Integrar by re-mortgaging with Barclays Terrible service Rubbish portal for uploading information Loads of hidden fees - they failed to verify our electronic ID and charged us We ve never failed an electronic ID check both UK tax-paying citizens with good credit scores We have a Declaration Of Trust that they couldn t work on so our past lawyer did it and they charged us after having said they are not being a forward-facing solicitor Crap experience all around

Forced to correspond with Integrar by my mortgage provider I am not their client They don t understand simple and clear correspondence despite acknowledging they have received and understood it Do not instruct them yourself You get what you pay for They will also seek to undertake unnecessary work at extra cost Very very poor experience I know what to expect and this is not up to standard Checklist monkeys

Truly awful experience

Truly awful experience - should be ashamed I had to constantly chase badger and cajole them into actually doing something Rather than guiding the process through they argued when I told them what the old mortgage company said It all smacks of being money for old rope They also ignored a key request on the questionnaire - and at no time addressed this omission

Stay clear

From the offset of dealing with this company for our remortgage we were unhappy Repeated automated requests for information documents not being updated on their system no ability to speak to a person made the transaction stressful Tone of all emails were demanding and rude Little continuity of the same person dealing with you Felt we had to chase to understand what we needed to do and around our completion date which again had we not chased about being correct we would have missed The ability to have an initial discussion with someone would be a great advantage We would go so far in the future that if another lender used this company we would go elsewhere Despite being free there were several charges that we ended up paying
