Impersonal service with no replies for phone calls or emails from me or my solicitor
I was contacted by Integrar who advised that they were working on behalf of the new lender I was taking out a re-mortgage with They then continued to send regular emails advising on what was outstanding from me but whenever I replied to any of the emails to confirm things or update them on the progress from my side I never received any personal response I only ever received automated emails At one point I had a question to ask them about one of the documents that they wanted me to sign and they never responded so I had to seek advice from elsewhere Also my solicitor tried to contact them many times to discuss something and he also could never get hold of them and had to close out what I had asked him to do on the assumption that what he had done was ok with Integrar In summary they went through the motions but the service was not for me in my behalf and only on behalf of my lender and there is no personal touch or service from them I m felt very much alone in my dealings with them
