Mortgage update

Throughout the mortgage process we were dealt with by Zain and I have to give him credit he kept us informed of exactly what was happening at every stage We knew exactly what we needed to submit at what stage and to whom The process went very smoothly and this was down to our advisor I would definitely recommend the company and would use the team in the future

Case handler Zohaib was extremely good

Case handler Zohaib was extremely good from them receiving the signed deed to completing our remortgage Up until this point we had a few minor issues miss communication some on my part I must admit This was not Zohaibs fault But other than that I m happy it has all been completed and I have no more worry

Emily and Jennifer provided the necessary guidance

The process was simple and straight forward Emily and Jennifer was very helpful in guiding me through the re-mortgage My only concern is that information sent to my broker Fluent Money had to be sent separately to Integrar It would have have been easier for my broker to share the details instead of Integrar requesting their own set of documents

Remortgage Conveyancing Experience

I was sent by the bank to Integrar for conveyancing work for remortgage While I dealt with an aggregator firm called LMS most of the time Integrar were responsive when it mattered and the analyst knew what he was doing Their portal does not work I could not pay online since I was not their customer unbelievable but true I also spent a lot of time in finding out their contact number as email communication was not always prompt However it went well at the end and I would not mind dealing with them again

Our experience with Integrar was positive overall It s very assuring that someone will always take your calls and answer your questions However my mortgage broker and I had to chase up the case handler and the team to make sure everything can be done on time especially towards the end of the completion

Integrar are a very hands off service

Integrar are a very hands off service their customer portal is lacking in UX UI I didn t speak to my case handler once I was always directed to the feilding staff on the phones Whilst my mortgage completed on time the service felt very impersonal That said my mortgage completed on time

The service from Chloe was good

The service from Chloe was good my mortgage was a bit different and she patiently helped me resolve working through their customer app all details were provided and things moved pretty quickly the only thing that probably should be looked at is the automatic generation of emails to clients asking for details already provided as it was in conflict with the communication from Chloe

A simple process throughout

A simple process throughout with efficient and responsive communications If possible more use of digital signing where permissible within the law would be advantageous as in my case I regularly travel overseas It would have made my own communications quicker as in most cases I had to sign and send via the post which slowed my part down Not a problem though as the remortgage was planned months in advance so there was plenty of time Overall a good service
