I deposited some funds early Friday morning and was awaiting the confirmation over the weekend Due to my anxiety I created a ticket online and it was responded to promptly On Monday I was able to contact the customer service and she did a thorough investigation in the request explaining that the issue was with the bank rather than IBKR They managed to help and the funds were deposited by that evening in time for my trading Thank You IBKR

I know IB for several years and it always has done everything correctly and in a prompt manner A few days ago I contacted chat service to ask about a connection failure that was general The answer was quick and complete
