I am very upset

I am very upset Got my order last Thursday or Friday opened it last night to wrap them for the grandkids and for Michael they put Marshall on his blanket I checked my order and I did have Michael on my order So now I can t give him that blanket I thought the material was not worth what I paid for the 3 of them You would think they would check the order before it goes out to make sure the names are right I couldn t find a phone number because I want to talk to customer service This is not okay especially for a child s Christmas gift

Not good so far It s only been two days but after my order I received NO shipping info or confirmation number I m so glad I printed out my order confirmation This to me is a big red flag So I go on the site to find a customer service number To my surprise I see they are located overseas with no contract phone number Red flag 2 Shame on me for not researching this company in detail Had no worries as it stated on their site 3-5 days for shipping I m on day three with no information at all Hope I get my order I sent support an email today Please respond as I wanted this by Christmas email tm2adams at gmail

I paid another 11 shipping tax to get a corrected poster that must not have been quality-checked It is printed horizontally not vertically and the top and bottom content is cut out

Ordered on Dec 8th Received my order on December 26th From China Personalized hoody for my first responder husband and it is cheaply made polyester shiny material So embarrassing He will not be wearing it

What a major rip off I purchased the First responder hoodie for my husband for Christmas 60 for this thing and it looks like crap Shiny cheap material and stitched from what looks like a child I tried complaining but apparently they don t see anything wrong with it This business needs to be shut down All they are doing is ripping people off People DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Got email at 3am that they lost my order and we re sorry 2 days before Christmas just lost an order Complete scam of a company Stay away and buyer beware After requesting refund their communication has stopped 100 scam company

I placed an order on 12 23 23 extremely excited about the gift to my special person I m disappointed in myself for not doing my research He sent me this site and told me he would like a canvas so guess what I ordered it I received order info and everyday i check The date change to to following day I email the customer service No response This is not how a business should be conducted I m trying to be patient but sheesh Say something Praying he receives it soon

I Never Received My Order I made several attempts to solve the problem They had me contacting PayPal The Post Office and eventually I found out that they sent it to the WRONG Address But I never got my Order or A Refund
