I applied for an IDP on the 26th of May I got the soft copy immediately However since the hard copy was taking some time more than 3 days I emailed the customer team And they were EXTREMELY helpful throughout my interaction with them Since the IDP hard copy was being imported into India a duty fee was levied Upon notifying them about this they promptly paid for the duties I received the hard copy of my IDP on the 7th of June The IDP is a standard document in a specific format That they have undoubtedly delivered on that I just want to mention that their team specifically Amanda and Jack were amazingly helpful throughout my interaction with them I was being rude with the team at time because of a lack of information It turned out that it was absolutely my fault I had not checked on my end Amanda and Jack however were polite and understanding throughout my interaction with them No matter how harsh my tone was I full on recommend internationaldrivingauthority com s IDP to anyone applying for one
