We placed an order with Intra Labs but there was an issue where the courier s tracking information showed cancelled anticipated delivery slots Confused as to why these slots were being pushed back I contacted Intra Labs and was called very quickly by Nigel who went above and beyond He immediately arranged for our order to be re-shipped using a different courier at their expense Ironically the original order was finally delivered despite the confusing tracking I can cannot fault the service I received rather than wait for the courier they dealt with the matter at their own cost without question Top marks and thank you from a very happy customer
