Had a loan out with amigo loans back in 2017 amigo offered me a settlement deal in 2020 to pay half the bill but instantly and not in installments due to covid etc All paid yet 4 years later a letter turns up from this company tried ringing them nobody answers 2 hours on the phone Emailed them nothing They are a scaremongering company who are just trying their luck and illigetimately by all means going after settled debts Its a joke worked previously myself as a bailiff so I m hoping they try their luck to send somebody out or take me to court as it will be them who ends up worse off not me Silly cowboy company guys if you know the debt is rubbish do not under any circumstances pay these people Il be reporting this company myself and I suggest everybody else does

Email to say my debt plan was no longer valid as I d missed a payment I checked my bank account and it has actually been paid Tried ringing and holding on for 20 mins before I gave up whilst the automated system bragged how they had won gold stars Useless

laughable and incompetent a female employee told me they are official debt collection company yet cant even put their phone number on the letter had a right laugh at them though as they tried to advise me their letters are proof read by multiple people ignore these letters at all costs they are ambulance chasers seeking vulnerable people to manipulate

The biggest scam company

The biggest scam ever They keep stealing my money and sending weird reminder invoices that is 3 times bigger than the actual invoice My original invoice was 39 from a phone company and they kept adding money to the sum because i paid a little late The price went to 187 after i honestly hope this company will go bankrupt because there s no way this is legal i ve been struggling for years because of them and i HIGHLY recommend to avoid these scammers at all cost because they will take all of your money and you can t do anything about it

Received a letter last week from this company 5 days later a very unprofessional looking male appeared at my work on behalf of Resolve Call linked compay Demanding I pay over 4K for a bank account back in 2003 04 Very threatening behaviour Called them and they were so rude and argumentative Luckily I had someone with me and said to say statute barring The conversation stopped from the woman on the phone She actually said they had no legal right to chase something that old I actually cannot remember banking with said company Be knowledgeable Be careful They are the bottom feeders of life these two companies

How can Belgium authorise such entities even to exist I am now in contact with the consumers association to fix the issue I have with them They started to chase me because of an order on Bol com By the way I will never again buy anything on bol com How can an online platform like Bol com attract customers having an agreement with Intrum It s a mistery And poor bol com customer service they would have a poor life

Appalling service provided

Appalling service provided unhelpful and incorrect information provided to me and the agency the sent the debt to Karen alleged supervisor called me to resolve but just repeated the same incorrect information I have asked this to be referred to their Compliance Team and a complaint to the FCA will be made It was a complete waste of hours on the phone and if they had played this trick on a vulnerable person they may have ended up paying someone else s debt or one that had already been written off Amazed they are allowed to trade when they obviously incompetent

Threatening and fake

Husband received a threatening letter from a loan that wad taken out 9 years ago This loan does not exist he s had other debts and paid them off fully through other companies like Lowell This company is a complete fake and are trying to collect for non existent loans Threatening to send someone to the door of a suicidal man who suffers from PTSD to demand money A man who is on disability payments only due to extremely poor mental and physical health They should be ashamed
