I had my doubts about Intrum due to my personal experiences It all started with a letter in the post that was incorrectly addressed then telephone calls that were not answered Emails that as yet have yielded no useful information No seriously what sort of desperate person would work for such a joke of a company

Unprofessional and Aggressive Customer ServiceI had an awful experience with Intrum regarding an unfair invoice passed to them by Ricardo When I called customer service hoping to find a solution I spoke with a representative of the brand Not only did he fail to address my concerns but he also raised his voice and screamed at me on the phone It s unacceptable for a customer service professional to treat clients with such disrespect especially when dealing with stressful financial matters Instead of assisting me or offering any constructive guidance the costumer service approach made the situation worse I expected a higher level of professionalism from a company handling sensitive issues like debt collection This experience has left me deeply frustrated and disappointed

Sorry I write in english because my german it s not so good I m surprised to read so many terrible review and so I thought maybe I m lucky seriously I have had some with Intrum via Byjuno and in my experience everything is perfect especially with Byjuno I always paid in time in post invoices arrive minimum 2 or more weeks before and after few days I have payment confirmation via email so perfect The only strange things is maybe about Intrum who is the one who approved the credit to buy something I mean the system is curious because if for example I try to buy something for 1000 francs now say no after two hours say yes the day after say no again and maybe after another day say yes in in this time nothing at all change by me all the same This is the only complaint I can do about Intrum Byjuno for the rest in my experience as I told already for now is perfect One little thing and very important to say I DON T WANT OFFEND ANYONE the invoices must be paid in time if you pay in late and I repeat I don t want blame nobody s because can happen it s normal that you can have consequences
