The customer service is great

The customer service is great I emailed them about a problem i had and they sorted it out very quickly and replied swiftly unlike many other companies

Make sure you read subscriptions and anything you buy

There was a slight misunderstanding and I accidentally started a subscription for 39 99 a month I sent an email to the company straight away saying that it was a mistake and they refunded the money straight away

Should have read the small print

I recently took an IQ test on the website and was pleased with my results I did have to pay a small fee to gain access to them which I thought was reasonable since an IQ test is an important test which is useful for research I should have been more careful however because a couple days later I was billed 39 99 as this is the new monthly fee Thankfully when I sent an email to request a refund my request was granted with no questions or complications Thank you IQ Academy for having such wonderful support staff who care about the customer unlike the customer service seen in larger companies which are quite reluctant when it comes to a refund or not fully reading T Cs

Really Good IQ test

My friends and I took this IQ Test I liked the test and how detailed the report was it was really insightful just wished they had more tests to offer

Great online IQ test

Apart from the cheeky way they try to sell you extras it s a great online IQ test that gives an accurate result had the same result as elsewhere for 49p
