This so-called educational institution is right in line with ITT or Devry Technical Institute They promise the world have lots of pretty pictures The reality is death by power point classes with misspellings Quizes with wrong answers so-called instructors which in my experience were often unqualified to be called teachers If this is what education has become this nation is in some serious trouble Recruiters that of course painted a very rosy picture Reality after 100 applications I had no job offer that was even worth considering I double as a truck driver and honestly for the money spent and return on investment trucking which has a myriad of problems as an industry is a better choice from my experience than whatever ACI Learning was trying to push unsuccessfully It is 2023 so IT sector is taking quite a hit but the quality of instruction labs mentor instructors all were pretty subpar How anyone could give this institution 3 4 or 5 stars as a grade must have gone to some horrible places for their prior education I won t say I learned nothing I will say that it was insane what was attempted to be taught in the timeframe it was done Definitely not quality If you re already in the IT industry maybe its an ok refresher on some things but as someone starting from pretty much scratch it was a massive waste of time and the VAs taxpayers money I d give it a D as an overall experience Starting jobs at 15-18 an hour with no benefits isn t worth me even getting out of bed for in 2023 I don t know about other IT tech centers but from my experience Id say stay clear of this sham of a business Its a waste of time and money with lots and lots of excuses when they tried to be held accountable for their so-called education and promises of employment which were lies not just sunny side of the picture but outright lies

I had a hard following these videos for a fee Professor Messer is free and I can follow his instructions better

the quality of the videos is decent but it seems strange that a company charging so much and teaching about TECHNOLOGY doesn t have an app that can work on newer phones and has outdated videos occasionally

Can t comment on all the courses but i did the it fundamentals comp tia and was scoring great in the mocks come to the real test and literally no questions from the mocks we re on it maybe 5 max and there was loads of things i hadn t learnt very disappointed

For the last several weeks I wake up at 4 am to get my schooling in The Virtual labs are not working at that time The people I talk with in the bubble chat try to help but often leave me helpless I kinda think some responces are from bots I reach out during the day and get the same service This is an internet school as a student I shouldn t be left struggling to get their classes to work I try different computers different locations different broswers clearing cookies and still left out to dry The worst part is their classes are amazing If you can get them to work They should be rated at 5 starts but dont deserve the 1 star I gave
