Streaming speed is less than average from ITProTV compared to other streaming like YouTube Service still seems to focus on certifications instead of applying the technology So the service is less usable for the experienced Windows Server IT Pro who is just trying to keep up with all the new stuff from Microsoft Your competition for a person like myself is the video from Microsoft Ignite less so from Channel 9 content I m still on the fence about renewing next December

Okay ITPro TV here it comes I have the feeling you don t want me to be able to be able to go through the content and get an honest feeling for it What do I mean In the beginning I was able to see all new material you were producing and then I could choose to see it or not Now you are bragging about how many hours you have but when I see the recently release courses it s not many how do you choose to present new courses to me AI You seems to be interested in this thats why we show you this When I was new to the site I could reset my views let s say I had watch a course I could reset the course and see it again as I have never seen it before I could mark an Edutainer I liked and get ALL content that person had done I could make requests what I wanted to see and vote on it WHY Can t I see the date when you created the content You just say in the forums that it s hard to set a date because it depends on how long time it take to make the course and that you replace it when new content is made NO It s not hard to set a date when you started to create the content If it takes 4 month to create it then I know when you STARTED create it and it will give me a feeling for how OLD the content are STOP MAKE EXCUSES Why can t I see the length of the course in your app If it s 14 hours why don t you just say it Why are you making it so hard to see what I want to see so I can get a good opinion if I want to watch the course or not Three EASY things would be to show me the date of production how long the course is and give me the opinion to mark it as a favorite Don t give a BS answer it s hard Just take a look at PluralSight which have access to through my company Stop tell people to use other places to give their suggestions to other places than the forums once again are you afraid that people will see suggestions other people give If you don t want people to use the forums tell them to use a suggestionbox and SHOW the suggestions so we know what other people want Phew now that I have said things I don t like and my feeling that you are trying to hide things for me and make it HARD for me to see what I want I only choose to give my comment here so you are able to MAKE A CHANGE cause I actually like the content WHEN I find it I like HOW you are doing your thing don t make it so hard to find LET ME choose how I want do consume the content and make it easy for me to find it and trust that I know what I want Don t give me excuses and say it s hard to show me the date of production The content is actually good it s just most of it around it I don t like now it s time to step it up and say that you will fix it at least the MOST BASIC things date of production make it a favorite be able to se the length of the video AND the total course in the app Just look at PluralSight if you need inspiration why should I continue to be a member of ITPro TV and PAY for access to the site and content The content I like the way you present it is also OK but the way you make it hard to make me do a good feeling for the content I DONT LIKE Still a member but for how long

I m disappointed in the service The edutainer on the CompTIA A core series talks too much too quickly and sometimes digresses too much that you lose track of the original point he was making It s almost like he had too much coffee His sidekick doesn t seem to do anything other than act like he doesn t anything very much but based on his questions you know he does know a bit about something Sometimes the actual quality of the lecture is poor in that the instructor makes several mistakes For example he talks about different USBs and makes mistakes as to which type they are I asked myself Well which one is it If you record the video you should edit it a bit more It should be professional with no errors Re-takes are important 50 a month for this quality seems a bit greedy They also have an accelerated version of the A so you don t have to listen to the extra chit chat if you don t have the time but then that means they are making profit over their mistakes I learn more from YouTube videos and they re free and have better editing This company needs to really consider how to compete with YouTube by offering services that are actually better than free in terms of editing lighting that was poor too I had to turn up my backlight sound some lectures are quieter than others and relevancy of content So 2 out of 5

It Pro TV is getting greedy 499 for the premium plan On top of that they are now charging to take practice exams When studying for an IT cert sometimes it s necessary to take the practice exam many times IT Pro TV in the past did not charge for test under their premium plan I used TV pro two years in a row but will never do again after they ruined a great service
