Courses are not quickly produced or updated onto the platform so I can not rely on this as a primary learning platform Unfortunately this questions me to whether I should be renewing or paying slightly more for a more extensive platform next renewal Still waiting for SC-900 200 300 Android App still not updated on new courses in production still showing June releases Seems Dates for courses release are inaccurate or pushed back which is annoying when waiting for release

I feel as if there is no steady pace when being taught about IT fundamentals and Comptia A The IT fundamentals feels like they are talking way too long about unnecessary details and for the CompTIA A videos it seems like they are trying to teach you as much as possible as fast as they can I feel as though I m not learning as much as I should be I can easily get this information for free off of youtube

I haven t had a chance to do any labs yet The videos seem to be pretty good but I do wish they would also focus in on what I actually need to know to pass the exam All good information but I am definitely left wondering what I need to study I do like the two person format better than just one person rambling off facts The way it is done now could just use a summary at the end pointing out the specific things to remember and where to look for more detailed study if needed

Review is about compTIA A I really like the fact that there are multiple methods to learn videos PDFnotes labs flashcards practice tests What I didnt like tho is the fact that the videos pdf notes don t cover even 30 of what s in exam simulations and flashcards It just made me feel powerless seeing questions about topic I ve never heard of It basically increased the amount of work I had to do by 4x In the end I manage to go through but thing is I have to go through all flashcards and exam simulations questions So now am I doing good because I ve learned them all Impossible to know since i ve ran out of unseen data I think it d be much better if the videos were more completeThe teachers in the videos are great tho very clear explanations and keep us engaged

All the content is presented as two talking heads with no alternative formats available The content is good but it s given in the least digestible format possible The practise exams are great The virtual labs are great The value for money is off the charts If they could convert the video content to something more digestible it would be 5 5

I love the service but I always have technical problems with the practice labs also I wish there were even more labs available and I wish there were learning and career paths to guide me Also they should have custom itpro courses on the career paths Cybrary is like that but unfortunately cybrary focuses primarily on cyber security but they have way more labs that ITpro Also the hella buggy labs have really hindered my progress towards my goals Also many courses have no labs at all This should all be improved

I really liked how certain certifications had a boat load of knowledge and questions that relate on the practice exams for example A AWS cloud practitioner but for certain certifications i felt like there was no real relevant knowledge and they had completely missed the mark For example the AZ-900 a lot of it had felt like useless information and pushed me to use a lot more than just itpro when prior i was able to just study with itpro

I liked the organization and the structure of the courses but in some episode there is a lack of information For example in the course A core 1 episode Mobile Device Network Connections was introduced various types of cellular network and their standard like GSM or CDMA however the difference about them isn t well explained and also isn t explained what is 3GPP and his correlation with these standards I have done some researches about them and I understood that there is a lot information about them so maybe isn t possible to explain it all but at least some basic info In addition the exam simulator asks some question that aren t covered here Overall various things are well explained so my opinion is more positive than negative I am at the course A core 1 networking module so this review applies only on this experience

Some of the instructors are great Some are terrible Unfortunately if a bad one is covering the topic you need to know you have no choice but to sit through it I think more attention should be paid to how good the instructors are at speaking and how passionate they are about the subject matter The content is also frequently just glossed over and the complete lack of preparation ahead of time is terrible There should be deeper more in depth tutorials rather than just reading off the list of certification objectives I would also make the videos longer rather than making a separate video for EVERY SINGLE TOPIC My other huge complaint is the total garbage app and iOS web support Continuous play doesn t work for audio playback the app doesn t do background play bookmarks aren t available on mobile episodes don t get marked as watched unless you close and reopen the app The free practice tests and labs are great Of all my complaints the only thing that is unbearable and what I would make the highest priority to fix is getting the instructors that don t have good speaking skills some coaching or get rid of them

I have had the service for about two years and I am pleased with it I do like the podcast or talk show style which is what I think kept me with the service but I think something is missing I can t quite pinpoint it though After watching some lessons I get to the point I want something different I then switch to some other content and watch it Sometimes the dialogue between the people gets a little dry Informative but dry Maybe having some different people on the episodes could help I m not 100 percent on that Overall I do like the experience but with that one thing it is stopping me from offering the full five stars However I do refer you when I can
