ITPROTV made a bad investment I ve personally learned from these f from their Colorado location online The literal first lecture was going over the parts of a printer and identifying outdated cables Thank god I ve enrolled via VETTECH didn t pay a dime but I hear that people paid little over 13K for this BS The instructor literally leaned HEAVY on google for visuals and for all the information I don t know if it was night classes but anyone would have said this is a very bad investment Nothing about ACI Learning was professional or streamlined The instructors were professionals in the field I can t speak to their field work but there teaching skills f awful For 13K the fact that we are ear f with the parts of a printer and naming outdated cables Seriously Stick to youtube people most of what was taught CAN BE LEARNED FOR FREE Don t be a sucker paying that 13k for a stupid certification badge Oh Yea Also they claim to not care They indeed do f care not for you mind you They care for their bottom line At the end of the instructionals they have you fill out a excel document of all applications sent Bro teaching me literally nothing and expecting everything F you They keep harassing me with phone calls and bots emailing me with f newsletters I AM NOT GIVING YOU F THE VALIDATION YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR PAYOUT FROM VETTECH ACI LEARNING is a literal defrauding campaign

I gave IT Pro TV a One Star Rating and decided to tell other people to look elsewhere for their IT Training like CBT Nuggets or Test-OUT or Udemy I told the person in charge that I needed time for getting funds due to my limited budget I have been using IT Pro TV for almost 5 years or so NOW I am looking else for my training like CBT Nuggets or similar platform

Stay away from ITPro Probably once of the worst e learning companies out there Multiple times the hosts tried to introduce politics into IT one going so far as arguing about the term white list I want to be educated not preached to Plenty of other companies out there that don t try to preach just teach

Good for watching videos which other providers provide aslo Their Linux LAB didn t work for me When I reported the problem to their support team they replied by saying The virtual lab platform is run by our vendor Practice-Labs For this error I recommend submitting a support ticket directly to Practice Labs by emailing practice-labs dot com or through the within the lab navigation bar They ll be able to diagnose the errors occurring with your labs So you are expected to raise the matter yet to another company They simply walk away No apologies no refunds nothing

Very poorly your very difficult to get hold of You treat customers with respect Especially the ones outside the US especially the ines on very low incomes Then your only available via a text only You are totally inflexible to other ways of being paid like google play With such poor treatment of your customers why should you continue to be in business in an era of continual belt tightening

The videos and labs are not worth the money they don t go into details in a lot of topics and you can find more useful videos online for free

The technical presentation and polish are quite good much better than this rating However the certifications that I am seeking to obtain are notoriously difficult to earn So far all I have seen are vague high level discussions that come across as marketing sales videos As an aside not sure what you expect for feedback for students after the first day of class surveys Probably not this much honesty

They are horrible I got a subscription with them for two months when I decided to cancel it They started charging me twice a month for the same subscription that I have canceled I tried to call them and message them but no answers this has been goi v on for the last 4 mo the all I can do is file a disputed with my bank Chase finally said they willLook at blocking itprotv from charging me
