I phoned the customer service line as I was receiving an error message each time I attempted to place an order Trent the customer service representative who took my call was able to work with the ITC IT team and within 30 minutes of my initial call everything was working properly and I was able to execute my transactions before any price increases My experience with ITC and especially Trent have been outstanding I am a very satisfied customer and I highly recommend ITC for Crypto IRAs

ITrust is so much easier and less expensive than bitcoin ira who I originally moved a traditional ira into only to find that the requirements to generate interest change often and that they were charging me 20 month just to hold my dwindling savings I was paying monthly while no interest was gained at all Moving over to iTrust was a no brainer the fund transfer was fairly straightforward though I did have questions that their support helped with very quickly thank you Gladis Miranda I m kicking myself for not starting with iTrust Capital but am happy now
