It s getting too expensive too eat here The food is not consistent Food was cold and undercooked Staff were not concerned about our complaint You do not get your full portion but you get charged for it On top of that the prices have gone up yet again We shall not be returning

Ealing - Go elsewhere Awful service My son and I were early for his class and I thought it would be a good idea to try it out Don t waste your time The black coconut milkshake was just poor No thickness to the milkshake and a complete lost in translation with the woman behind the counter where English was clearly not her first language I won t go into the toilets being out of use and my 7 year old desperately needing them and the staff telling me to go and use the toilets in the shopping centre Avoid and spend your hard earned pennies elsewhere

Waited over 45 mins for a over priced very poor breakfast 26 not worth 5 Staff didn t give a shix could nearly speak English and their attitude was appalling Won t ever return and will advise anyone not to eat in this over priced rubbish rip off cafe

Terrible experience
Visited at 2pm and placed a food order Lady on orders said food would be about 20 mins 50 minutes later the food finally arrived cold and inedible Bacon was basically just cold fat and disgustingWe walked out and left the food Did get a refund but no apology or effort to fix the issue Nobody appears to be in charge and just left to run itself Would not be back

Avoid at all costs
We have been waiting for over half hour to be served While sitting we saw lots of customers sending back their food and their coffee not giving us much hope of what we were going to get and when Got my bacon roll the bacon was nice but the roll was awful Toasted inside freezing cold on the outside Bread felt either frozen or old I like to drink tea with my roll but by the time we were served the tea was ice cold How full experience

Hi I visited the Jamaican Blue in Hempstead valley Kent I was used to be a regular customer no more though I used to pop in for a Cappuccino -however the last four five times my cappuccino has been weak watery and far too hot to drink It s as if they are using half the amount of coffee required and topping it up with boiling water There has been no froth - which there is suppose to be they have lost my custom

Poor service
Have frequented here often and usually good service however today 30 September waited for a table and an assistant came to the door and asked us to scan the qr code on the board outside We tried to do this but couldn t She said we needed to download the NHS covid-19 app Two points 1 We cannot download the NHS app to our mobiles as they are too old 2 Last week we were able to scan a website qr code to register our visit but this was not offered today We left and attended another cafe did not appreciate the sarcastic bye from the assistant

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE Absolutely unacceptable experience I recently visited this restaurant with a friend and was seated near the till where I overheard an appalling interaction between a customer and the manager The customer politely explained that her order was incorrect and had already been paid for but the manager showed complete indifference What shocked me the most was that rather than resolving the issue the manager flatly denied her the food she had rightfully paid for I was absolutely baffled and horrified by this blatant disregard for basic customer service It s one thing for a mistake to happen but it s entirely another for management to respond with such rudeness and dismissiveness If this is how they treat customers who have already paid I am deeply concerned about how they might treat anyone else in a similar situation The lack of professionalism and basic decency here is staggering I strongly urge others to avoid this restaurant there are plenty of better brunch spots in Ealing that prioritise customer service and foster a more welcoming respectful atmosphere
