Payment issue on website

I had an issue with an order from the website The site charged my card twice in error I called the following business day and Diego assisted me with the issue He sent me an email confirming our conversation He escalated the issue with the relevant department and was able to confirm within one business day that although two attempts was made on my card The company was only processing one payment The item arrived in the mail the following day I was very satisfied with the purchase Diego put my mind at ease regarding the two payments and the issue was resolved quickly Thank you and I look forward to making more purchases from the website in future

I called customer service support regarding an address change because I mistakenly gave the wrong address It was the same day my package was going to be delivered and Silvia G was able to contact FedEx or the department that is in charge and less than 30 minutes Fedex contacted me to confirm my correct address Silvia s customer service was beyond my expectations Thank you again I did received my package and the perfume I ordered and OMG I love my new fragrance I purchased Scandal EDP and it s worth it Thank you Jean Paul Gaultier for your fragrance quality
