I have placed 2 orders with this
I have placed 2 orders with this company and not heard anything from them Not even a courtesy email thanking me etc I don t have an order number or a delivery date I have nothing I have now used their form on their website to contact them asking for details of my orders like when will I receive them 1 of those orders was placed around 3 weeks ago Not at all happy with this company and there are far better ones out there

Very bad experience
I ordered from Jewelry Designed With Love almost a month ago and I still haven t received my order The shipping time was supposed to be much shorter but there have been no updates and customer service has been completely unresponsive I ve tried reaching out multiple times but I either get no reply or vague answers with no real help This has been a frustrating experience and I wouldn t recommend ordering from them if you expect timely delivery or decent customer support
