Don t work for these clowns

I had a terrible experience with them I went to Greece to work for them in Athens for the Apple Care project I had trouble finding an accommodation the first two weeks so I asked them if they could add more days in the hotel but they declined telling me that they had to give space to other Teleperformance emplyees when instead a collegue of mine received more days to find an accommodation in the meantime Athens is a busy city so only to weeks for finding an apartment is too short and every Teleperformance Real Estate collaborator agencies are awful they don t answer and when they do or they behave bad or the apartment is terrible But the worst part has to come yet First of all Teleperformance made me work from home since the beginning so they gave me a computer that I had to carry every time I had to change apartment and the first day of training they didn t even give me the equipment on time But the worst part is this one day I was in training with a mentor and I had to take calls At a certain point a window appeared on the computer that I never saw in the training and my mentor told me to put a random name on it This was actually a huge mistake that made me lose the job My mentor who had the duty to show me the job made me lose it Absolutely clowns In order to work for them you have to pass tests about personality and tests about empathy but what s the meaning of that if there are people like these in the company Absolutely terrible and obviously not suggested at all I want to finish adding two more things the advantages about gyms food and things like that which they boast are not so worthy and the payment is too low for a city like Athens where the prices for apartments are too high

Working at Teleperformance I unfortunately went through a rather traumatic and unacceptable experience Two days after being relocated from Portugal to Greece via the company I underwent an emergency surgical procedure I was bedridden for days without being able to mobilise Even knowing my health conditions Teleperformance didn t hesitate not to renew my stay at the hotel so that I could find somewhere to live Even with 10 stitches in my stomach I went on visits When I found a house in a hurry by referral I signed the contract another headache I was supposed to move in on 28 August which I didn t because the real estate agency had allowed the previous resident to stay longer even though this violated my contract and entry into the house on 28 August I was sleeping rough in the house of strangers and I asked for my shorts back The estate agent was a referral from TP When I was denied my shorts on the grounds of breach of contract TP sided with the real estate agency consistent with them ripping me off for the full amount of 600 euros As if my financial loss and my state of health weren t enough my father died soon afterwards days after the whole nightmare I begged the agency and TP to give me back the money that was rightfully mine which was again denied by the estate agent and defended by the company I knelt down at the airport to strangers to try to get to my father s funeral had a mental breakdown and ended up in hospital I buried my father paid my respects via video call alone in a foreign country to which I had recently moved with no friends no family going through the most difficult time of my life with no support Teleperformance in Greece in addition to paying a pittance sees its employees only as numbers and doesn t care at all about their well-being especially for people who are immigrants and relocated I wouldn t even recommend Teleperformance to an enemy because the company s dehumanising treatment of us is unparalleled Delayed paperwork no medical help no financial support and even less emotional support teleperformance turned its back on me when I needed the company the most WHILE I WAS COVERED BY LAW The company was consistent with the estate agent who stole from me and cared nothing

Very unprofessional They waste my time with their tests and took my personal details and spread it out to another company illegally they lied and lied and discriminated against me be careful

Lesson for life

Was going to work for google and was promised this was a working remotely job Was told that the training would take place in the office but that the job was permanent working from home After about 2 week at the training we all find out that we have been tricked and that this is an office job After talking with them i am being promised another job in the company which is remotely but that I had to wait a bit I quit my job at Google in the meantime Because of this however they would not help me with a place to live anymore Therefore I have to book into Airbnb while I wait for the new job offer They keep saying that I will get the new job offer in 1-2 days when I call and keep asking about it After 1 week i found out that there was no new jobboffer afterall they scammed me again 3 weeks in Athens where i spent around 1500 - 2000 and nothing in return The management in Teleperformance Greece er katastrofal

I was working for the company in Chania in February this year I had meeting with HR and decided to leave the company due to sickness and bad chemistry with some collegues I ve sent several mails to HR that I want confirmation that I ve been working for TP The HR department and my supervisor have still not answered I have received payslip twice for easter bonus I stopped working in February so it doesn t make sense that I get this payslip twice I have sent mail to HR about that as well but still no answer It s a lack of communication that I ve never experienced in my life About housing I was told to leave the flat at Epis apartment in Agia Marina 18 th February the day after I stopped working As far as I know from my other collegues nobody else had to leave their flats so soon I ve heard that collegues stayed for several weeks after they stopped working for TP I m so dissapointed with the way I ve been treated Never ever trust TP

They posted a generic ad they needed a Portuguese speaker for their office in Athens it looked great at first glance a recruiter called me to schedule an interview the next day I had to memorize an instruction manual for all Philips products in just one day - that s impossible The next day another recruiter asked me questions about a product I didn t know about and she never called me again They are very strict with candidates I guess they don t want to hire anyone
