"Products not delivered even if you re a subscriber"
I m a new subscriber and despite having my order known and paid for they have not delivered one of the items in my monthly subscription and I had to contact them to find out why Apaprently it is delayed because of high demand not acceptable really especially if you re a subscriber and the company is aware of the order The owner of the brand emphasises using the products consistently for months in order to see results but I can t do this as I still haven t received my next monthly delivery so haven t been able to use the product for almost two weeks now When I questioned their team they said sorry and gave me a 10 discount code but said it wouldn t work on subscribers this is pointless so why would you even suggest this If you take peoples money and then don t deliver this and expect a a big delay you should be refunding a portion of that money back as an inconvenience The whole point of being a subscriber is to make life easier by having the item ordered and delivered consistently why offer this service if you can t do it properly Will not be using again extremely disappointing

The product contained artificial dyes not listed on the website description I can t contact anyone about returning the product and their blanket rule is no returns Would not recommend or believe the hype Dr Vegan does the same detox and debloat for less than half the price and no harmful additives

Ordered on the 26th of December still haven t received my order hasn t even gotten as far as shipment stage when I track it Clicked the contact us link on their website and Tried to email the customer support and the email bounced back to my gmail account saying address not found Genuinely came online to read reviews as I thought I d been scammed

"Terrible customer service"
Did skip my subscription for 3 months but been charged emailed customer service asking not to change and not to dispatch as it s they mistake received reply kind of nothing we can do you have to pay anyway and if you want refund you need to send it back at your on cost really Will not order again Just shame that it took me 3 years to see the real face of this company

Please be warned SKIN DIGESTION tablets can cause adverse side effects which is unfortunately what happened to me after taking one I searched to see if anyone else had experienced the same and learned quickly that other individuals had reported similar with some sites actually stating a warning that the Vitamin B6 pyridoxine hydrochloride content may cause burning tingling numbness and peripheral neuropathy Although there is a warning on the bottle stating long term use may lead to miId tingling and numbness this information is not provided in the product info online which is why I am giving only one star I think information about the potential side effects of B6 should be made clear on the JS Health website which I understand in Australia is now regulation Hoping no-one else experiences the same adverse reaction which occured after taking only one tablet and was more severe than the warning of mild tingling numbness risk from long term use

Need a warning that the idodine in the Hair Energy can cause thyroid issues I also experienced iron overload Could have been a very serious situation if I didnt require a blood test month into commencing taking these I stopped taking them had more blood tests a month later and both thyroid an iron levels improved After another month and more tests all levels had returned to normal

Can t take them as I have a thyroid issue Only knew this when I received them no warning about that before they take your money I want a full refund but highly unlikely going off these comments
