"Artificial bad taste that lingers"
I was excited to try this protein powder with probiotics as I ve had some trouble with flavoured protein powders before giving me a dodgy stomach and making me feel nauseous But the first time I tried this I didn t enjoy the taste and the taste would linger in my mouth for hours making me feel sick So unfortunately I won t be having it again

"BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES"
Checkout confusing which made me order incorrectly which customer services will not rectify You can not return any order that has been made incorrectly due to there check out on there web site which is not good or clear enough No packing slips in with orders You can not look at your order on your account you can only see the order number but not what you actually ordered Even though your told on the web site when you order you can cancel subscriptions at any time you can not cancel them on your account and have to take time out to contact customer services which takes 3 days to respond I have not even tried the tablets yet so can not comment but am more than unhappy with there seriously bad customer services and web site

Good product but the customer service is shocking After 6 weeks of having placed my order I realised I had never received what I paid for I contacted customer service and was told that my item was returned to sender no one from JS health contacted me about this and they would have simply kept both my order and my money if I hadn t got in touch I then asked for a refund given the amount of time that s has passed since ordering I didn t need these any more but the customer service team refused to offer me a refund despite offering no explanation for the reason why All in all a very disappointing shopping experience due to something that s not fault of my own

I have been taken hair and energy vitamins for 4 months and I am super happy with them I always purchase them from Boots as there are no custom charges At the start of July I decided to get Detox and Debloat I got 2 month supply unfortunately it turns out that they didn t have them in stock but that was not mentioned on their website until I contacted them 4 days later because there was no dispatch and I had purchased Anxiety and Stress which got apparently dispatched same day I understand both of my orders are standard shipping but they also don t offer faster delivery which is annoying as I have paid over 130 and I m day 9 waiting on them I m only leaving this review because you should be looking out for your customers more Waiting over a week for your order is a lot and not having to choose an option for a quicker delivery unless you spend 100 in one purchase is a bit un fair
