"Absolutely terrible customer service "
Absolutely terrible customer service and shipping I placed an order Nov 4 got shipped confirmation almost immediately but as of Dec 2 have still not received my products I sent an email asking for a status and the company said they were initially out of the product and they d have it shipped out to me by end of week that was two weeks ago Still no update Still not products

I placed an order 8 days ago and still haven t gotten a dispatch notification I contacted them several times no response until I posted twice on their social media page Then they responded with a limited-time subscription 7 days discount code as an apology Why would I want to subscribe when I haven t even gotten my 1st order No phone number to call and no one can track my order What a joke

Poor communication ordered detox and debloat and when I purchased no indication of a delay checkout said delivery in 2-3 days Even my email confirmation didnt mention a delay But after 1 week I chased and told due to high orders they are waiting for stock Why keep taking peoples money and not communicating this properly when you don t even have stock in I haven t even been given a timeline of when I can expect Had high hopes bit they have fallen flat Taken my money so now I feel a but stuck Not impressed

Beware subscription caught me out Cannot take product and I see that they have a no returns policy bottles sealed but no returns Their wierd paly kisses love language in emails and persistent emailing is in my opinion far from healthy in terms of professionalism - it is a client not friend relationship and I find it patronising

The tablets I ordered clashed with others that I m taking and made me feel sick I cancelled my subscription 3 times but I still got the order sent out so I emailed and got told the order had already already been processed When I recieved the product I had to refused it and send it back I still haven t had confirmation that it s Ben cancelled or a refund I hope I don t get anymore

"Waste of money"
Waste of money every time I ve taken the detox and debloat tablets they have given me diarrhoea Initially I wasn t sure if it was the tablets or what I had eaten but now I am certain it is the tablets I even gave them to my friend to try and they gave her diarrhoea too I m not sure if this is an acknowledged side effect or whether I just had an off batch of tablets but either way I won t be purchasing from you again which is a shame as I had such high hopes based on the other reviews
