Having used James Miller Associates in the past i knew I was going to receive the same top quality service as usual This time around I had the pleasure of dealing with Lottie Deacon what a fantastic addition to the team I had a purchase mortgage and a remortgage on a second property happening simultaneously and to add to this I work at sea abroad and she took care of everything She is extremely professional and always replied promptly and clearly She really went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and I couldn t be happier James really is the best in the business and it s great to see he surrounds himself with the very best team members who uphold the high standards of the business Thank you Lottie and James
