Uncompassionate rip off merchants
This company is a massive rip off taking advantage of people who are somewhat desperate then abandoning them while they still have need of assistance If you have an alternative use that instead even a credit card would be more economical But if you do use them be aware of the exorbitant hidden fees e g they charge over 1 000 to put a caveat on your property which for reference will cost about 200 with a conveyancer Also be careful about when they will demand repayment - my matter was not finalised but because I got a small partial settlement on sale of the property they insisted on being repaid from that and then refused to keep the loan facility open meaning I had to pay the prior and ongoing legal fees from the meagre partial settlement rather than using it to get on with my life which was its intended purpose Absolutely soul-less rip off merchants Would never use again and do not recommend if you have an alternative

Read the fine print if you can
I spoke to just fund several times and was told that JustFund would not provide me with terms and conditions until I was a customer This isn t legal My opinion is this service feels like a pawn broker that plays on people s vulnerabilities
