A Good First hopefully last Experience
Firstly my review title I don t want another experience with this company as it would mean that my airline has damaged my luggage again which none of us want as it s a hassle getting it resolved I was away in October and on return to Heathrow collecting our cases I saw that there was a 6 inch crack near the top of the case near the handle There were already 2 people in the queue and it looked like it was going to take ages but thankfully someone pointed out the self service terminal so over we went and filled in the online form took photos of the big crack and the missing company log tag Eminent - it honestly looked like it had been ripped off we holiday 2 or 3 times a year and my solid case still looked brand new prior to this trip Fast forward to December and still no word from BA so I filled in a chaser request via their website about my luggage advising that I m going on a business trip in a few months and needed this resolved asap I don t have spare suitcases lying around at home and will need 2 cases for my trip which will need to be able to bear up to 32kg each With a cracked case it would NOT make the journey there and back Then received an email to say they were looking into it Earlier this week they finally passed the details onto K2global who emailed me asking for photos and case references etc I have to admit I was quite snitty in my response as I was not happy to provide the same info for a third time - they politely responded that BA had not passed all of the required info on to them and could I at least provide photos and some basic info They were even asking for a copy of the receipt for the purchase of the case I begrudgingly provided photos of the damage and the photo I had taken at the self service terminal of the case reference and advised that I didn t keep receipts for everything I bought as I d need a second home to house just the receipts They came back to me fairly quickly advising they couldn t provide the same brand as I previously had but provided links to similar looking and similar quality cases and could I choose the one I wanted When I responded there was no quibble saying they would offer me cash like some of the reviews I have seen here offering paltry sums but was advised that the case would be delivered within 2 days The case was delivered by DHL yesterday withing the 2 days promised who had sent me an SMS and email to confirm a 1 hour window for the delivery and it arrived within that 1 hour window with a pleasant professional driver who took a photo of the box in the doorway to prove delivery had been made All in all the process for me from when I was first contacted by K2global was efficient and professional and thankfully the agent I dealt with did not take my initial grumpy tone personally at having been asked to provide info all over again and got it resolved within days - which is basically what you need in this kind of situation Thank you K2global for your efficient service and specifically Reema M who was the agent who I was in contact with throughout the process p s the suitcase that I have received looks very good quality with a solid hard case like my previous one and hopefully it will last me a good few years and trips

Great service and very professional claim handling
My Suitcase was damaged during handling at Orlando Airport - Virgin Atlantic contacted me at the gate to let me know what had happened and explained that they had taped it up and placed it in a large plastic bag used for pushchairs They gave me a 20 voucher to spend on the flight and asked me to report it at the Manchester end once collected from baggage reclaim Bag was split open at the seams but everything was still secure in the bag Reported the damage to K2 Global at Manchester on Thursday morning who took photos and issued a damage report to me - Got phone call on Friday from them saying the would replace the case with a good quality Pro-Spinner 7 hard case and it would be with me on Monday - It in fact arrived on Saturday morning via DPD - Despite their bad reviews I found the service brilliant and their representative very friendly and professional

First class service
First class service I am Italian and flew las November with BA to LHR and when landed I found my Samsonite hardly broken The practice with BA took long but finally they wrote me to contact K2 Global So I got in touch with Diana At the beginning I had to re-submit all the data associated to the case but then Diana was fast and efficient She offered me 24 that is what remains after the standard depreciation they apply in case one doesn t have proof of purchase Not very happy but my luggage was anyway 8 years old The story is not finished My daughter flew BA from LHR to BLQ one month ago and she also got a bag broken She made the claim and in her case it was much faster She was directed to Diana as well and was offered a choice among several different models of their brand She picked one that was delivered last week When I learned that I emailed Diana asking why I was not offered the same choice but only the 24 The answer was that she couldn t send the replacement to Italy I asked if she could have sent it to my daughter address in UK and voil she promptly did it A very BIG thank to Diana very efficient and effective Yes may be somebody could complain because in place os a Samsonite and a Titan we got two K2 bags but considering everything I feel compensated Thank you

Title Exceptional Service and Satisfaction
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the excellent service provided by the customer support team I am extremely delighted with the outcome and I wanted to express my gratitude and share my positive experience From the beginning of my repair to its resolution the level of assistance and professionalism demonstrated by the customer service team was outstanding And they used DHL which are very reliable I won t lie at first after reading the negative reviews- I was some what nervous as I couldn t afford to lose my case and I had a trip coming - but I need not have doubted the service at all They promptly addressed my concerns and ensured that everything was handled efficiently The entire process was seamless and hassle-free thanks to their efforts I was actually shocked how quickly they turned it around I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of exceptional customer support with Samsonite cases They truly exceeded my expectations and I am grateful for their exemplary assistance Once again a huge thank you to the customer service team for their outstanding efforts And apologies for doubting you I was wrong Kind regardsJulia

Above and beyond customer service
I called K2 and was advised to send in luggage for 14 or take it to the repair centre in Maidenhead I chose to take it there Lovely lady with facial piercings heard my query and went above and beyond to help fix my case so I could leave with it Took her less than 10mins I am so grateful Now that s customer service
