All I can say is that you d better be COMPLETELY sure of the size before you order because trying to return the shoes is a nightmare Other reviews claim that the shoes are true to size but the pair I ordered for my husband certainly wasn t I ve been back and forth via email couldn t find a phone number with their returns department and still have received no guidance as to how to return the shoes Anrina keeps asking me inane questions like did I refer to the size chart did I measure my husband s foot etc I will never order shoes online again and certainly not from Kaaum

Bought 2 coats online for 119 they charged my account twice theres no way to get in contact with them I emailed them over and over again with no response after reading BBB reviews i believe Ive been scamed and robbed by this company advertisement looked legit on YouTube YouTube should be held responsible also for the scam and the fraudulent advertising it runs I have no belief that the merchandise is being delivered or my money returned ever My bank said to shut down the card immediately and i did HATE THIEVES

Company has attractive ads Bought a nice sweater but sizing 3x was smaller than advertised Since company is apparently in Asia a return is EXPENSIVE After a few emails they offered about a 20 refund Ugh I will not do business with them again or any on line company that does not have a USA return address The sweater is nice tho the zipper is small

This company looks very like another Chinese company I ordered the same shoes from and some clothing All was rubbish Beware Damensein too and Always check feedback on any online advertiser that pops up I emailed the company so many times and eventually got a pathetic sum as a refund Why are they not closed down
