The meal plans

The meal plans shopping lists and menus make it easy to follow but I usually end up having to cook something different for my husband which is a bit of a pain Luckily he is happy to cook some of his meals otherwise I might have given up Some meals can be adapted for the family but a lot of the food isn t particularly family friendly Not your fault but you did ask

Good app needs some improvement

The app is good I really appreciate the recipes which help me eat foods I like but not stuck to the same thing everyday However I wish I could add or subtract ingredients to recipes I wish I could search name brand foods to add to custom recipes In general I Wish I had more control over logging my food Also I can t go back and see previous days nutrition

Love this app

I enjoy the app and calorie counter water intake and activity monitoring I really like most every recipe I ve tried Some times the app messes up and didn t track a day or combined two days into one but seems to be functioning better the last two months than the first few months I had it I love this program it has helped me lose 16 lbs and eat healthier than prior to this app I feel better and love trying the new recipes

Like a pocket nutritionist

The app is great because it does the job for you meal plan recipes for every meal and shopping list What I miss is the addition of simple food eaten instead of a full new meal logging connection with more apps for step tracking and also addition of physical activity manual if necessary All in all the app keeps me going it teaches the philosophy of the diet and accompains you without pain

Keto Cycle - Great App and Plan

Keto Cycle has been very helpful on my new journey to better health and weight loss The meal plans are interesting and varied I love that you can create your own meal also and Keto Cycle have done the work by calculating the nutrients if you have the weight or if you have the nutrient information that you can enter it and it adds to your total macros I am almost finished with my second week and already lost 3 1kg

The meals are generally pretty good The thing that is missing for me is adjusting the number of meals snacks For example if I miss lunch I d maybe like 2 snacks but I don t have the ability to add another meal from the recipe options I have to try and create my own

Some minor ux issues and still a little

Some minor ux issues and still a little bit functionality needed but in general I am very pleased to have found KetoCycle - I was doing keto earlier but I didn t have the variety Hope after 1st month I can keep with the app suggesting recipies and structure for me UPDATE absolutely satisfied still Great value for money Also the support team responses are excellent

The app works well and the recipes are really tasty However I think it would be good that if after all your meal changes during the day you still need fat ad an example - that the app should prompt you to use an additional snack what and how much

I am having difficulty staying on track Lots of medical issues Steroids causing some increased appetite Giving it a few days to quiet down and starting again Love the variety in the recipes Delicious and easy to prepare

Love the simplicity

I love that the macro nutrients are already calculated It makes following the plan so much easier I wish the app had a substitute for vegetables I cannot eat tomatoes so I often find it difficult to choose a substitute with the same macro nutrient
