Great variety which the last month has been difficult to take advantage of as I ve been touring the country for work - keeping to keto but don t have steady stocks on hand The app still allows me to keep an eye on food values and structure

I was getting fed up with getting bigger and bigger with no prospect of going the other way Having nothing to loose I decided to give Keto a go Google recommended Keto Cycle as a app that will work even for a Vegetarian like me I followed the eating plan and lost 40kg in 2 stints of 3 months The great thing about Keto is that there is NO suffering involved Since the body is geared towards burning fat it essentially has unlimited fuel As a added benefit I have definitely never eaten heathier than on the Keto cycle plan

Love the food haven t needed the in between most days meals so adaptable and changeable still in winter here so struggling with required water intake If you don t have some of the particular days ingredients for meals so easy to substitute the meal for what you have in your fridge

A life changing experience

The general experience of Keto Cycle is excellent The meal plans are so balanced especially for the individuals and how much weight they wish to eventually lose and change their whole experience and lifestyle The follow up is amazing too and should you need advice and guidance they are there for you Personally I struggle to see on my scales a big drop however I know in my body there are changes I have a long way to reach my target but I will continue with their help

Losing pounds comfortably

Well I am losing slowly but the plan is to not lose it quickly as I want it to stay off I m 5 9 not overweight I was at 156 which was getting uncomfortable for me I m at 150 now and feel great Going for 145 to see how I feel

Great value for money excellent variety of recipes There is some limitation of the choices for products to use but generally good number of choices and plans can be changed regularly which breaks the cycle of eating too similar foods Would be good if more products added to the choices - like subproducts livers and tongues of poultry and animals more fish varieties - as some examples But generally - very useful app and easy to use

I absolutely love the app because it tracks my calories carbs fat protein for me but most of all I love the meal ideas WITH the recipe and weights It makes it so much easier than eating the same food over and over and not having to think about what to cook
