I ve been doing the Keto lifestyle for two weeks now and already feel better than I have in years The app and emails from ketocycle have been tremendous and helped me stay on track through the initial intimidating start of this lifestyle change as well as the keto flu and knowing what to do to combat that and move forward I am recommending ketocycle to everyone

Tracking the macros has really helped I have not made many recipes but they help with ideas It would be great to use given recipes and modify ingredients to log meals especially to change out proteins

I reviewed the 10 top keto diet apps available before I chose to go with KetoCycle There were disadvantages to the other ones were as I think keto cycle is much better at least for my needs the recipes have been really good and it s been easy to log my meals even when I don t use a recipe And the shopping list was so valuable to me at the grocery store yesterday

So far it s been a little challenging Bread sweets and pasta is my weakness so eliminating 95 percent of this has been a challenge but in the first 8 days 8lbs gone Next week I am back to the gym incorporating resistance training and excited to see what happens then

The best thing about this diet is the Keto Cycle app I was able to lose close to twenty pounds in about a month by following the meal guidelines in the app and all without feeling hungry As a matter of fact I ve eaten more meat in the past month than I usually do and still have gotten great results One of the biggest rewards is my clothes fitting like they did forty years ago

A bit of an adjustment but its like switching from gas to diesel If your body gets its fuel from fat rather than carbohydrates you will lose weight Just remember to eat your veggies and avocados 10 lbs in a week and a half I am strict with my carb intake Water and exercise
